From 8 to 10 January 2020, German dentists are welcome to the 5th Thai-German Congress in Chiang Mai in Thailand, too.
The Private Dental Association Thailand (PDAT), the DGOI and the Faculty of Dentistry of Chiang Mai University have prepared a unique and outstanding scientific programme with the objective of updating the knowledge of implant dentistry through workshops, table clinics and video presentations.

The DGOI will be represented at the congress by Professor Fred Bergmann, Past President DGOI, Professor Daniel Grubeanu, President DGOI, and Dr Georg Bayer, Board Member DGOI. Participants will receive evidence-based and compact answers to topics like immediate implantation and flapless surgery, navigated surgery and prefabricated prosthetic solutions, biological enhancement of bone and soft tissue for the harmony of red and white tissues. In addition, the question will be examined of how analogue the implant world still is respectively how digital it already is. Participants will gather new knowledge with highest relevance for the challenges in their daily practice.
Between 500 to 600 guests are expected to attend this international congress. The participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy the city of Chiang Mai, amidst the serene environment of the province.
